Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large multi-year programs focused on modernizing and consolidating retail banking platforms. This role requires a hands-on program manager who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-team coordination across large enterprise programs. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end program execution for transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategy. Break down large initiatives into manageable modules, releases, and milestones. Cross-Team Coordination Coordinate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams. Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple programs. Program Delivery Track delivery progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies. Ensure teams remain aligned to program timelines and deliverables. Stakeholder Communication Prepare and present weekly program updates to business and leadership stakeholders. Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly and effectively. Problem Solving Operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
