Clinical Therapist and Social Worker Private Practice LCPC/LPC; LCSW/LSW/LPC

Overview WillisCC is a thriving multi-state private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers & psychologists to join our expanding team. LCSW, LCPC, LMFT & Licensed Psychologists are welcome to apply, as are those with LSW / LPC / LPC-A / LMSW (eligible for full license within next 3-4 months). This position may include some shifts via video telehealth and some hours on site at our studios. Responsibilities Provide all behavioral health services to a clinically diverse, "working-well" population and their families/significant others with cultural sensitivity and an affirming stance. Direct service duties include individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, groups, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients. Participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and opportunities to join an interdisciplinary team and support local outreach and programming. Qualifications Experience using video/virtual platforms; comfortable with IT/technology and multiple software/devices in daily work. Strong ability to integrate technology in clinical work; IT & technology heavy environment; willingness to engage with various software platforms ( trainings provided). Licensed or license-eligible in the relevant state (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or LSW/LPC/LPC-A/LMSW with eligibility for full license within 3-4 months). Caseload & onboarding Caseload-building timeline varies by state. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks; credentialing 2-3 weeks; caseload building 2-3 months+ depending on state.
