We are looking to add a staff-level Payroll and Human Resource professional who will play a key role on the team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, assist with employee onboarding, and handle HR administrative duties, all the while reporting directly to the Payroll and HR Director. We are a high-performance company, looking for a high-performance Human Resources Assistant. Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Process payroll.
• Investigate employee matters and bring to resolution.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Employee onboarding.
• Conduct disciplinary actions.
• Support the Payroll and HR Director in strategic projects and initiatives.
• Maintain employee records.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and help address employee relations issues.

Qualifications:

• Pay range $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 commensurate with experience and education.
