CX BI Analyst - Data Pipelines & AI Insights

Gusto is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to own the data layer for Customer Experience. You will build pipelines, models, and dashboards to make CX data trustworthy and self-serve, then address causal questions about what moves customer outcomes. The strongest candidates combine coding depth with solid statistical judgment.
