BSN-Prepared Clinical Resource RN | OR Staffing & Day Shift

Saint Luke's is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to assist in planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day operations of a patient care unit. The RN will provide clinical leadership, maintain departmental records, and support staff development. The role includes 50% OR staffing and on-call duties, with a BSN required and a 7:00 am to 3:15 pm, Monday–Friday schedule. The RN will serve as a resource and role model, focusing on leadership, scheduling, and project coordination while maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr saintlukes
