You Have: 10+ years of experience with HR5+ years of experience as a program manager on an HR or human capital program3+ years of experience managing geographically-dispersed HR operations2+ years of experience leading complex federal contract transitionsExperience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, and providing and effectively communicating strategic guidance, recommendations, and executive-level briefings and reports to senior government leadershipExperience managing project performance and quality assurance across various HR functional areas and managing competing prioritiesExperience leading organizational change initiatives, including quickly assessing complex operational challenges and driving adoption of new processesAbility to balance technical, financial, and contractual requirementsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or ManagementNice If You Have:2+ years of experience working within the Intelligence CommunityExperience implementing process optimizations using federal HR information system data analyticsExperience learning AI toolsProgram Management Professional (PMP)CertificationCompletion of AI TrainingClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
