Als onze nieuwe Administrateur Plus zorg je niet alleen voor een vlekkeloze administratie, maar denk je actief mee over slimmere processen, heldere dashboards en onze strategische groei. Geen stijf kantoor, maar een energieke omgeving waar jouw bijdrage meteen zichtbaar is. Over deze functie Deze functie biedt een dynamische mix van operationele en strategische verantwoordelijkheden. Je beheert de financiële administratie en zet daarnaast rapportages, prognoses en adviezen op die onze groei en groene ambities verder ondersteunen. Financiële administratie (60%) Verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van drie BV’s. Verwerken van facturen, bankmutaties en journaalposten. Versturen van offertes en facturen voor eventmanagement Opstellen van btw-aangiften en ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen. Samenwerken met een klein team om administratieve processen efficiënt te laten verlopen. Optimaliseren van administratieve processen in Exact Online. Inzichten en ondersteuning (40%): Maken van financiële rapportages en KPI-overzichten. Opstellen van budgetten en liquiditeitsplanningen. Analyseren van kosten en investeringen. Adviseren over procesverbeteringen en resultaten. Wie ben jij Minimaal een mbo+/hbo-diploma in een financiële richting. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen het MKB, bij voorkeur in de horeca. Sterke kennis van Exact Online en Excel, met affiniteit voor procesautomatisering. Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte instelling, met oog voor detail. Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en in staat om complexe financiële informatie begrijpelijk te maken. Wat krijg je Afwisselende rol: 50% administratief werk en 50% strategisch bezig zijn met analyses en verbeteringen. Flexibiliteit: Je werkt 16-24 uur per week, met mogelijkheden om deels vanuit huis te werken. Goed salaris: Volgens de Horeca-cao (loongroep 7 of 8), daarbovenop fooi en vakantiegeld.
