This role is 90% remote, we need individuals local to the Naperville site to come in person for hybrid training. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM.

Job Description
A client is seeking customer service representatives in the greater Naperville, Illinois area. They will be on a team of customer service representatives a in a corporate office environment. They are starting hybrid and eventually have remote flexibility, so needing individuals local to the area. These individuals will be communicating with patients and fertility centers regarding billing for cryo-preservation services (egg freezing, embryo freezing, etc.) in a compassionate and professional manner. They must also be careful listeners, comfortable building relationships, able to resolve conflict, focused on team work and HIPPA compliance. They will also monitor delivery of services by answering incoming emails and phone calls and delegating them to the correct individuals and departments. They will work within Excel and other internal databases and must be able to work alongside billing. The available shift is 9am-5:30pm.
