Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Care Home Base documentation experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No on-call requirement
• Coverage area includes Marlboro, Dillon, and Marion counties
