About the Role:
Join Bigway Family Dental PLLC as an Experienced Dental Office Manager in San Antonio, TX! We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our dental practice operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow.
Supervise and train dental staff to maintain high standards of service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dental protocols.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues to enhance patient satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and supply levels, placing orders as necessary.
Assist in marketing initiatives to promote practice growth and patient engagement.
Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental office manager.
Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in dental practice management software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
