Fiber Sales Representative — Door-to-Door

Pinehurst, North Carolina | In-person field sales | 1099 independent contractor

Home Front Solutions is recruiting door-to-door fiber internet sales representatives in Pinehurst and nearby approved territories. Speak with residents, explain available internet offers, and help eligible customers complete the approved ordering process.

This is in-person neighborhood sales, not remote work or a call-center position.

COMPENSATION

The advertised $1,500–$3,000 weekly range is potential commission earnings, not guaranteed pay. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage or earnings level. Recruiting provides the written compensation plan, payment conditions, applicable expenses and any cancellation/chargeback terms before onboarding. Exact provider programs and territories are confirmed before field work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Prepare for your assigned serviceable territory and review the current approved offer.

- Walk neighborhoods and speak with residents at their homes.

- Explain pricing, eligibility and offer conditions accurately.

- Check household eligibility through the approved provider process.

- Record visits, follow-ups and customer outcomes in the field system.

- Submit complete orders and coordinate the agreed installation or activation handoff.

- Respect property, do-not-knock requests and customer information.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED

- Clear communication, a professional approach and willingness to learn.

- Comfort with in-person conversations and outdoor neighborhood field work.

- Reliable transportation to the assigned field territory.

- Ability to use a smartphone for route information and sales records.

- Consistent follow-through and responsiveness to coaching.

Prior fiber sales experience is not required. Retail, hospitality, customer service and sales backgrounds can transfer well. Product and field-process training are provided before independent territory work. Bilingual communication skills are welcome.
