Territory Sales Representative | Pinehurst, NC
Protect 1 Family is expanding in Pinehurst, and we’re looking for someone who wants a long-term sales career where performance directly drives income, advancement, and opportunity.
What you’ll do
This is a B2B outside sales role in a local territory. You’ll meet in person with business owners, decision-makers, and employees to make supplemental benefits available to support their employees and families. You’ll generate new business through referrals and in-person prospecting, and build lasting relationships in the local business community.
You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing support while learning how to manage your territory, build a consistent sales pipeline, strengthen your sales skills, and develop professionally. Advancement is based on performance, with opportunities to grow into leadership for those interested in taking on greater responsibility.
