Product Manager, Credit Scores

Role Overview The confidential client is hiring a Product Manager to own credit score and credit risk analytics products. This U.S.-based remote or hybrid role will lead product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market for credit scoring models, attributes, and decisioning analytics used by lenders and financial institutions. You will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to develop, launch, and optimize solutions that drive revenue, product adoption, and regulatory compliance (including FCRA-related requirements). What You’ll Do Own product strategy and the full product lifecycle for credit score and credit risk analytics products — from discovery and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization. Translate market and customer insights into clear product roadmaps, business cases, and prioritized product requirements. Collaborate with Data Science to design, validate, and operationalize scoring models, attributes, and analytics. Work with Engineering and Platform teams to deliver scalable integrations for lending decision systems and credit bureau data products. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to define go-to-market plans, pricing, and commercial targets. Engage directly with clients and industry partners to validate use cases, measure model performance, and gather feedback. Monitor product performance, financial outcomes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FCRA), and lead iterative improvements. Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management, product strategy, or product marketing experience with ownership across the full product lifecycle. Direct experience with credit risk analytics, credit scoring models, or lending decisioning systems (credit bureau data, scoring methodologies). Proven track record collaborating with Data Science and Analytics teams to bring models/analytics products to market. Experience building product strategies, business cases, and managing product performance against revenue and profitability targets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market and client insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities. Excellent communication skills — able to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred: experience in FinTech, credit bureaus, financial services, or decisioning platforms. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; ability to work remotely or hybrid based on proximity to a U.S. office. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $89,865 - $155,767 (actual pay depends on work location, experience, and skills). Eligible for variable pay/bonus opportunities.
