1st Shift Lead Product Coordinator - Drive Production Excellence from the Frontline

Step into a pivotal role where your leadership and coordination skills keep our production line running smoothly! As the 1st Shift Lead Product Coordinator, you will spearhead daily product flow by managing raw materials, overseeing finished goods movement, and ensuring precision in packaging operations. Your role is essential to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards
Ability to operate and maintain Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) with current certification
Competent in performing basic math calculations and reading product specification sheets
Comfortable managing changeovers, machine setups, and troubleshooting line issues independently

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience training and mentoring new team members
Basic computer skills, including data entry for SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Knowledge of food safety testing and related documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in a lead or coordinator role

Other Requirements:

Reliable attendance for 1st shift hours
Commitment to upholding company policies and safety standards
