With over 40 years of service to the community, business continues to grow and we are seeking talented and driven professionals to join our leadership team. Restaurant Manager Job Requirements: · Current, salaried manager or hourly experience is preferred. · Proven ability to develop, lead and inspire performance driven teams. · Strong leadership behaviors, approachability and reputation as a role model · Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to a well-run restaurant including: · Inventory management/loss prevention · Cost controls systems · Stable working history that demonstrates upward career progress. · Personal Characteristics reflective of Adobe Cafe · Self-Motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, ethical with a high degree of integrity. · Drive sales by working with all team members to execute excellent operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts · Proactively recruit and train staff members that meet or exceed standards. · Effectively teach, motivate and coach all team members including back and front of house. · Maintain organized and updated training schedules, programs and materials for new employees. · Restaurant Manager Job Qualifications: · Ability to mathematically compute proper change · Accurately perform checkouts for employees, and compute correct bank deposits. · Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined. · Must successfully complete the Adobe Café manager training program prior to working a shift without supervision. · Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations · Must be able to communicate daily notes in manager logbook · EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE · Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars. · Ability to direct and manage peak sales periods · Culinary experience and understanding food is important · Spanish communication skills are a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year - Hourly: Starting at $20+ per hour Company Description We are an independently owned high volume restaurant. We are not a corporate run store. We do what we think is best for our customers as well as all of our staff members. The restaurant has been in business for more than 40 years. We close New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, December 24th thru 26th. Our hours of operations are not long - Sunday thru Thursday 11am - 9pm, Friday and Saturday - 11am - 9:30pm.
