What We’re Looking For We are seeking a Handyman Technician to join our growing team. While skills and experience are valuable, we place a stronger emphasis on character, work ethic, and honesty . We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time, every time Takes pride in a job well done Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates Has the integrity to be honest about what’s done, what’s not, and what needs attention Understands that character is who you are when no one is watching Responsibilities Perform a variety of residential and commercial handyman tasks (repairs, maintenance, installations, and problem-solving) Deliver high-quality service and workmanship to every customer Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Communicate job progress and needs clearly with management Look for opportunities to provide additional value to clients through add-on services and preventative solutions Pay & Benefits This position is performance-based pay .
