The primary responsibilities for this role involve leading cross-functional project teams, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop project plans, goals, and budgets: identify resources needed, develop schedules, and measure resultsUnderstand overall project objectives as well as the role and function of each project team memberEnsure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all project team membersProvide effective and timely communication to all project stakeholdersAssist project team in design and development tasks as neededCollaborate with service managers on resource allocation and with account managers on managing customer expectationsOrganize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion within budgetary requirementsDrive problem solving and resolution as requiredEnsuring risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated so that projects are delivered successfully from start to finishDesign and maintain project documentationOther duties as assignedADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain customer experience and satisfactionAbility to work in a team environment and communicate effectivelyEscalate project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levelsEffective communication with customers: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goalsDevelop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer's needsDocument internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilitiesResponsible for documenting time and expenses in an accurate manner as they occurEnter all work as activities, service tickets, or project ticketsKeep up to date on industry news to remain knowledgeable with current and future technologies emerging in the industryKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED3 -5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional project teamsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredKnowledge, experience, and desire to lead projectsStrong analytical, organization and custom experience skillsExcellent written, verbal and presentation skillsInterpersonal skills including problem solving, active listening, and customer experienceAbility to effectively manage customer expectationsKnowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipmentService awareness of all organization's IT services for which support is being providedUnderstanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT servicesSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr High Point Networks LLC
