For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Guest Support Establish connections with guests while understanding suggestive and upselling techniques Provide attentive service to guests, ensuring comfort and support from initial contact through the duration of the event Help resolve guest complaints/feedback, following up to make sure their needs are met Event Operations Comprehend all event paperwork and reports Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines Conduct post event inventory checks and restock if needed Create, modify, and close sales checks in point of sale Complete all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided Knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines Follows responsible alcohol service policies Supervision: Supervise staff check-ins and breakdowns for the assigned zone Ensure all food and beverages are appropriately displayed in concession stands throughout the event Maintain service areas, adhering to company and state food handling and sanitation procedures Help resolve issues at or around assigned zone **Minimum of one year leadership experience preferred.
