Inside Sales Account Manager

The Role Natura is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while supporting their inventory and replenishment needs. You'll build relationships with key customers, identify opportunities to grow their business, and use sales and inventory information to help ensure they have the right products at the right time. We're looking for someone who combines strong sales/account management experience with hands-on VMI or inventory replenishment experience. What You'll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers. Manage VMI/replenishment needs and proactively identify inventory and reorder opportunities. Use sales and inventory data to help customers maintain appropriate product levels. Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to support orders, fulfillment, and customer needs. Support new-business opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting as needed. Maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience. Hands-on experience with vendor-managed inventory (VMI), inventory replenishment, or a comparable inventory-management program. Strong customer relationship and communication skills. Ability to interpret basic sales and inventory data and make replenishment recommendations. Strong organization and time-management skills. Experience working with CRM and spreadsheet tools. Must be at least 21 years of age. Compensation $70,304-$85,000 + commission Supervisory Responsibility This role does not contain supervisory responsibilities. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
