Customer Service Representative

Our company is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers responding to inquiries resolving concerns processing requests accurately and providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with customers through phone email and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone email and online communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products services policies and procedures
- Assist customers with questions requests and account-related concerns
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and procedures
- Meet established customer-service and performance standards
- Participate in team meetings training sessions and company initiatives
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Comfortable using computers email video conferencing and online communication platforms
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service sales hospitality administration or account management
- Experience using CRM or customer-support systems
- Previous remote-work experience
