Overview This range is provided by Medix. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.60/hr Schedule Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST (Can be flexible) Qualifications MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT Experience with open enrollment Life, Accident and Health Insurance License Required (need to have current/active CA license - will need to obtain Washington, Arizona, Iowa and Indiana prior to starting) Errors and Omissions Insurance Strong computer skills (must pass Computer Literacy assessment) High school diploma or GED Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Benefit Counselor you will… Answering benefits questions for all core products available to employees: medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and all voluntary and miscellaneous products. ID card assistance Finding in-network providers Benefit administration login and password resets Work Environment This position is going to be FULLY REMOTE.
