Benefit Counselor As a Benefit Counselor, you will serve as an educator and advisor to clients’ employees, helping them understand both core and voluntary benefits and make informed benefit decisions. Responsibilities Provide accurate information about core and voluntary benefits to employees. Educate employees and their families on how benefit decisions impact them. Disseminate benefit information through various communication channels. Qualifications Product Knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Basic technical skills. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compensation Salary Range: $61,100.00 - $84,510.00 USD.
