Field HR Generalist - Benefits, Travel & Rewards

AFS Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own benefits administration and workers' compensation for our approximately 500 employees across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and Tennessee. This role travels regularly to locations to support employees directl y rather than remotely. You will design our Rewards & Recognition program and act as a secondary backup on RFMS commission administration. 5–8 years of HR generalist or benefits-focused experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr America's Floor Source
