Sr Project ManagerHill International is seeking a Sr Project Manager in Houston, TexasResponsibilitiesManage the execution of projects by providing leadership, communication, coordination and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met.Manage projects from initiation through design, bidding & award, construction and closeout phases.Lead meetings with owners, architects and contractors and provide leadership in client relations.Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement of design and construction services. Drive consultant performance to achieve project objectives, recommend corrective actions to recover schedule or performance drift, facilitate timely decisions by campus representatives, and communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.Ensure design and construction documents comply with project requirements.
