As an Estimate Writer, you can expect:

• Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects.

Estimate Writer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Territory will include: Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg (no residential)
• Goal of at least 20 estimates a day
• Learn the ins and outs of cold call selling - estimate writing
• Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Learn and apply sales techniques

Requirements:

• Strong self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a working mobile smartphone
• Valid driver's license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation

• Paid for the number of leads written PLUS commission on closed opportunities

Compensation: $3 per valid estimate submitted (average weekly pay is $300 for 2-3 hours of estimating a day)

Compensation: $200.00 - $350.00 per week

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
