Job Title Service Support Playmaker Key Responsibilities Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy. Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring the Player has what they need for an awesome experience. Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages. Maintain clean and stocked service areas, bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards. Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean. Qualifications Positive attitude. One‑team mentality. Player focus: obsess over making the Player experience the best possible. Ability to thrive in a popular environment and stay calm when things get busy. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, including transporting food trays up and down different elevations and stairs. Be comfortable bending, stooping, and carrying; be on your feet for most of the shift. Complete a variety of physical tasks continuously during the shift.
