About the Role

A leading infrastructure services provider is hiring a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Data Center passive infrastructure projects.

This role is focused on structured cabling, racks, containment systems, cable trays, and associated pathways within high-specification Data Center environments. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, compliance, and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved technical designs.

This is a delivery-critical position with full accountability across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and measurable success criteria
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, trackers, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure alignment with approved designs, BOQs, and contractual obligations
• Oversee installation of structured cabling, both copper and fiber
• Manage racks, containment systems, cable trays, and pathways installation
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, IT, vendor, and site teams to manage interdependencies
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Data Center standards including TIA-942, ISO/IEC 11801, ANSI/TIA-568 and BICSI
• Oversee cable testing, certification, and formal acceptance processes
• Track milestones, manage risks and change requests through structured RAID logs
• Monitor budgets, validate vendor claims, and manage cost variations
• Provide executive-level reporting and progress updates
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, test reports, and asset documentation
• Manage snag lists, final handover, and formal project sign-off

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Data Center passive infrastructure projects
• Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling, racks, containment, and pathway systems
• Clear understanding of Data Center standards and compliance frameworks
• Strong coordination skills across vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• Comfortable taking full ownership from planning through to handover

PMP, PRINCE2, BICSI, CDCP or similar certifications are highly advantageous.
