The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensure quality preparation of menu items, and manage storage and food costs in alignment with hotel standards. You will coordinate purchases, manage menus, and control labor costs while supporting the Executive Chef and Catering department.
