Job Title: Accountant Finance Operations Analyst III

Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746

Duration: 6 months Contract

Pay Scale: $38.00 - $44.00/ Hour

Schedule: Hybrid

Job Description:

This role has primary accountability for supporting the company's Project Compass Source to Pay initiative’s Vendor Help Desk. The role may provide input and recommendation to define and automate processes, procedures, best practices and standards required to support the Vendor Help Desk. In this role, you may interact with Finance personnel and leaders across all lines of business on a regular basis.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Meticulously log, triage, and perform root-cause research to resolve incoming requests quickly and accurately while supporting overarching program goals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships by delivering clear, professional communications to internal and external partners. Use standard templates alongside tailored messaging to handle complex interactions with diplomacy, tact, and professionalism. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align efforts with company objectives and maximize the program's overall business value.
• Manage time-sensitive and challenging inquiries with a composed, solution-focused mindset. Ensure all written correspondence consistently reflects empathy, exceptional clarity, and professional corporate standards.
• Convert operational inquiries into clear summaries and easily identifiable trends for executive leadership review. Deliver high-impact reports to guide executive decision-making and align strategy. Monitor and communicate program status, project milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Drive team success through seamless cross-functional alignment and clear communication. Leverage familiarity with core finance and operational frameworks—encompassing technology, people, processes, policies and controls—to optimize workflows and elevate total team performance.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of work experience.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations.
• Analytical capability, including the ability to analyze a large amount of data and leverage approved tools to accelerate deliverables and drive efficiencies.
• Experience with Accounts Payable.
• Process management knowledge and familiarity with financial systems.
• Understanding of report query and design.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree.
