Role Description This full-time Attorney role is a hybrid position based in Irvine, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Attorney will handle a litigation-focused caseload, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on legal rights and obligations, evaluating case strategy, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with colleagues and support staff. The role also involves attending court appearances and client meetings, maintaining organized case files, and ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law with proven experience in litigation practice.
• Knowledge and practical experience in civil litigation, personal injury or employment.
• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Advanced Research skills for case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Effective Negotiation skills for settlements, mediations, and other dispute resolution settings.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including drafting and courtroom presentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Commitment to ethics, professionalism, and respectful, inclusive collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
