Line Cook

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards
• Support kitchen operations during busy service periods, collaborating seamlessly with team members
• Contribute to private events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or culinary setting
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
