Who You Are An ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college/university, graduating December 2026 - July 2027 Curious, trend-driven thinker who wants to help "create the beauty that moves the world" No prior industry experience required Minimum Requirements: Able to start full-time in September 2027 upon graduation Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time, permanently, without sponsorship now or in the future Minimum 3.5 GPA Willing to relocate to one of our U.S. hubs: New York, NY, Clearwater, FL, or El Segundo, CA Areas of Digital You Could Work In Depending on your brand and team placement, you may gain hands‑on exposure to: E-Commerce Strategy - optimizing the digital shelf across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Sephora.com, and DTC sites Performance Marketing & Media - planning and analyzing paid social, search, and programmatic campaigns Social Media & Community Management - managing brand presence and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Influencer & Creator Partnerships - sourcing and activating creators to drive authentic digital reach Marketing Analytics & MarTech - using tools like GA4, Salesforce, and internal dashboards to measure digital campaign performance and ROI CRM & Personalization - supporting email, loyalty, and personalized consumer journeys Content & Digital Creative - producing short-form video and digital-first creative assets SEO & Digital Discovery - improving how consumers find brands and products online (Note: if you're more interested in traditional brand marketing, check out our Marketing MT track instead.) What You'll Do Own day-to-day digital or e-commerce responsibilities - from consumer insights to campaign execution - on one of our 40+ brands Lead strategic projects from insight to recommendation, presented directly to senior leaders Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I, and Sales to see how each function shapes a brand's business Build real business acumen by working alongside brand managers in the beauty industry Sharpen your presentation, analytics, leadership, and strategic thinking skills - skills that carry into any career The Program Placement on a marketing team within one of L'Oreal's four divisions: Consumer Products, Luxury Products, Dermatological Beauty, or Professional Products Full calendar of professional development, executive networking, and social programming Perks: 50-70% off L'Oreal brand products + access to the L'Oreal Company Store + Summer Fridays (half-day every Friday!)
