Product Support Analyst

Working within the Product Engineering team, the full-time Product Support Analyst will support and implement software through assigned incidents and requests, while learning to balance individual workloads and communicate effectively across various departments. Key responsibilities Learn technical skills to resolve customer support cases and requests Understand product and service datasets, codebases, and business purposes for support and implementation Utilize a ticketing system (ServiceNow) to manage and prioritize workload across different requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, engineering, or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant experience in product support and/or product implementation Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS) Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or Snowflake is a plus
