Pharmacy Technician

Description Seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing, medication fulfillment, patient communication, and overall pharmacy operations. This role works closely with pharmacists, providers, and insurance companies to ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time. Responsibilities + Process and prepare prescription orders + Handle refill requests and prescription renewals + Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies + Assist with prior authorizations and billing issues + Package, label, and prepare medications for dispensing + Maintain accurate patient and prescription records + Manage medication inventory and supply levels + Provide excellent customer service and support Additional Skills & Qualifications + Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license (if required by state) + Previous pharmacy experience preferred + Familiarity with prescription processing and insurance billing + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Good communication and problem-solving abilities + Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
