Account Management Analyst - Remote

Job DescriptionThe Account Management Analyst will be accountable for accurate and timely reporting of client data. The incumbent is responsible for the extraction and analysis of client mobility service information. Evaluates and writes client utilization presentations to include service usage, cost and quality reports, and makes recommendations based on relevant findings to drive the decision-making process and support business operations. Monitor financial transactions associated with the services delivered to the client and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Reporting:Prepare client specific cost & trend analysis presentations in support of designated account management teams inclusive of client annual reviews and power point presentationsCompile information for internal/external client dashboards, ongoing client status updates, and client account reviews.Create, produce client Dashboard reports; compile information for client reviews and assist management in proposing effective solutions to meet client goals.Account Support:Assists AE2 and AE3 in monitoring client SLAs, CTQs and service rating goals.Advocate with internal supply chain team by effectively communicating the client’s philosophy and needs with regard to relocation policies.Assist management in preparation of annual client year-end meetings, client proposals/presentations and projects, etc.Research escalations, specific to operational issues. Assists in resolution to client.Financial Analytics:Monitor hard stop billing data for all client billing to ensure clients have been billed accurately for correct services. Conduct research to resolve discrepancies.Serve as the primary contact for internal customers such as Account Management, Sales, Consulting Services, Implementation Team and the Proposals Group as it relates to billing/accounting related processes.Respond to client inquiries related to billing and customer/supplier payments.Conduct client audits on billing, accounts receivable, relocation accounting, sub-products, revenue adjustments and service status maintenance.Conduct billing research for clients that may have occurred externally through Genpact or suppliers, or internally through accounts payable, cash applications, or client set-up.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred3+ years of related business experience (reporting or financial analyst experience)Proficiency with Excel, Cognos, Powerpoint, Word, MS TeamsDESIRED CHARACTERISTCS (Experience, Skills, Abilities):Communication: Conveys information clearly, accurately and convincinglyCustomer Advocacy: Builds and sustains collaborative working relationships Managing Stress: Focuses on managing one’s personal stress and assist others during stressful situationsPlanning and Organizing: Identifies, describes and organizes the activities, resources, and timelines Problem Solving: Obtains sufficient data to analyze a situation and draw conclusions Self Management: Uses an accurate view of one’s emotions, personal values and strengthsTeamwork: Collaborates with others in ways that accomplishes organizational goals#LI-DA1Employment TypeFull-time CompanyCartusAbout UsRealogy Holdings Corp.
