Remote Client Benefits Advisor

AO Globe Life is actively hiring professionals to join our remote team supporting families who are seeking guidance on supplemental coverage options. This client-facing opportunity is fully remote, offering flexibility, structured support, and long-term growth potential within a mission-driven environment.

In this role, you'll connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits, conduct virtual consultations, and guide clients through their options with professionalism and care.

All consultations are scheduled in advance-no cold calling, door knocking, or outbound prospecting required.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
• Educate individuals and families on available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with documentation standards
• Provide responsive follow-up communication and ongoing client support
• Build strong long-term client relationships through excellent service
• Participate in team development meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing training sessions
