As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Business Operations and Management team supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 4 Location: Remote (will need to come onsite in Redmond, WA once a month or once every couple of months) Pay Range: $59/hr to $62/hr on W2 What's the Job? Design, implement, and improve scalable business processes supporting marketing execution and resource planning Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate and optimize operational workflows Manage and maintain operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and reporting platforms Develop documentation, playbooks, and training resources to ensure process consistency Partner with leadership to support business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making What's Needed? 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing programs, especially in B2B environments Proficiency with operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives What's in it for me?
