Your Role and Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, prescribe diagnostic procedures, and develop tailored care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses independently or in partnership with physicians (dependent on credentials)
• Inform patients and their families about wellness practices, illness prevention, and effective management

Education and Certification Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

What We Expect From You

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC), or relevant specialty certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to achieve these within 90 days
