While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersMUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle ManagementPractical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferredCertification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the applicationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervisionAbility to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinkingStrong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teamsWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamThe estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $166,700. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
