• Employment Type: Contract (permanent staffing)
• Licensure/Certifications: Texas license (pending acceptable), Board Certification required
• Experience: Preferred 1+ years in surgical specialty settings

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $114.57 per hour

What You ll Do:

• Assist with adult surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including Urology, Gyn Onc, Endo Surgery, and Otology
• Serve as primary first assist during surgeries, focusing 100% of your time in the OR
• Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care
• Work scheduled OR blocks, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Manage approximately 2-3 cases daily, including robotic surgeries
• Support perioperative patient care in inpatient/outpatient settings

What You Need:

• Valid Texas license (pending acceptable)
• Board Certified in Nurse Practitioner scope for surgical outpatient care
• Minimum 1 year of surgical first assist experience preferred
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
