What You ll Do

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including Urology, Gyn Onc, Endo Surgery, and Otology
• Serve as primary first assist during surgeries (100%) and manage patient care in the OR
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams and ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Follow scheduled OR blocks, with no on-call duties
• Conduct inpatient rounds and participate in perioperative patient management where applicable

What You Need

• Texas licensure (pending acceptance, can request emergency privileges)
• Certified Physician Assistant with current CAQ or eligible for licensure in Texas
• 1+ years of surgical first assisting experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This ongoing surgical PA assignment is at a leading facility in Fort Worth, Texas, providing specialized surgical care in multiple disciplines. You will work in scheduled OR blocks from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no call responsibilities, enabling a consistent routine.
