Roles and Responsibilities:
As our Safety Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our safety culture and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs that prioritize the well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
- Leading safety audits and assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote safety awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Analyzing incident reports and safety data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serving as a key point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Staying updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure our safety practices are aligned with best standards.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 10 to 25 years in safety management or a related field.
