We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and collaborative Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Every day you’ll make a difference in the lives of others by supporting the day-to-day execution and operations of ASU Online’s social media channels, ensuring content is published accurately, consistently and scheduled across platforms. You will play a critical role in keeping social media operations running smoothly. You will manage publishing workflows, coordinate assets and approvals, maintain content calendars, and support timely execution across platforms. Working closely with the social media team, you will help ensure that the strategy is executed with precision and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Experience supporting social media publishing or digital content execution in a professional or organizational setting. Evidence of familiarity with major social media platforms and publishing tools. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in copy, links, assets, or schedules. Demonstrated comfort working within established workflows, brand guidelines, and content strategies. Evidence of proactive communication and collaboration to work effectively across teams. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated interest in social media operations, digital marketing and mission-driven work.
