Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized strategies that support their journey toward achieving functional capabilities.
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapies: Apply validated techniques that improve motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work in concert with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical personnel, and nursing staff to provide holistic care to each patient.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families about ongoing therapeutic techniques to ensure maintained progress beyond the facility.
• Document Progress and Adapt Strategies: Keep track of clinical advancements while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with patient goals.

Education

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education opportunities are encouraged and provided.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
