Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV, responsible for developing and managing a defined sales territory. Day-to-day activities include visiting customers and prospects, presenting product solutions, conducting demonstrations of cleaning technologies, and advising clients on best practices for facility maintenance. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with facility managers and decision-makers, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing within guidelines, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in training on new products and sustainability initiatives, coordinate with internal teams on orders and delivery, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in territory management, account management, and relationship building with business customers. Experience in consultative sales, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, and follow-up to ensure results. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or product information clearly. Organizational and time-management skills to plan routes, prioritize accounts, and maintain detailed sales records. Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems; proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and online catalogs. Knowledge of facility maintenance, janitorial supplies, or environmentally responsible products is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Reno, NV, travel throughout the assigned territory, and lift or handle product samples as needed. Previous experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles; a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
