Clinical Call Center Coordinator

Our client, Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Call Center Coordinator to join their team. As a Clinical Call Center Coordinator, you will be part of the Call Center Operations supporting the HEDIS and clinical coordination workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a detail-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep scheduling and documentation running smoothly. Job Title: Clinical Call Center Coordinator Location: Sacramento, CA Pay Range: $17 What's the Job? Facilitate the scheduling of appointments for members using effective communication, technology, and customer service skills. Inform members about program benefits with clear, accurate, and respectful communication. Collaborate with the internal call center and HEDIS team on workflow process improvement, document management, and abstraction education. Maintain accurate notes and records to support timely follow-up and documentation needs. Perform other duties, as assigned, to support day-to-day operational goals. What's Needed? 1-3 years of call center experience. Excellent oral and writing skills. Critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve creatively, objectively, and rapidly. Strong organization skills, including the ability to keep accurate notes and records. Operational knowledge of managed care or healthcare plans, including familiarity with team members and clinical staff; ability to work in a time-sensitive environment. What's in it for me?
