Sit Down Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and yard operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order picking, loading and unloading deliveries, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm  Hauppauge NY  No Certification Required- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating powered industrial machinery. salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Responsible for order picking and preparing pallets for shipments 
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of fencing materials
• Stack, organize, and store products in designated locations
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with inventory control, including counting and tracking materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

The essential functions of this role include:
