Part-Time Every Other Weekend Schedule | Opportunity for Additional Hours

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Nutritional Support: Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals and snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines. (Basic cooking skills required).
• Companionship & Engagement: Offer genuine companionship, engage clients in social activities, and encourage mental and emotional well-being.
• Health Observation & Reporting: Accurately monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior, reporting findings immediately to the clinical team.
• Home Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, strictly adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.

Schedule

This role requires specific every other weekend commitment , with potential for increased hours:

• Saturday: 7:30 AM−6:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:30 AM−6:00 PM

Note: There is a strong possibility for additional hours based on client needs and team availability.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care is highly preferred .
• Skills: Knowledge of patient observation techniques and the ability to recognize subtle changes in health status.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Demeanor: Must possess a compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Bonus: Current certification in CPR and First Aid is a significant advantage.
