If you have experience supporting construction projects and want to grow your career into Project Management or Estimating, this could be a great opportunity.Position Details:Title: Project EngineerLocation: Saratoga, NY office with regional project site visits (occasional overnight travel may be required)Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers and Estimators through all phases of projects, from preconstruction to closeoutAssist with project bidding, subcontractor scoping, quantity takeoffs, and estimating activitiesCoordinate communications between owners, contractors, and subcontractorsImplement and maintain project control systems, document management, and reportingTrack project milestones, status updates, and assist with schedulingReview project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with safety, staffing, and equipment requirementsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldExperience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project ManagerStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management softwareEagerness to grow into Project Management or Estimating rolesCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $75,000-$90,000 rangeBonus potential based on individual and company performanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance (contributory plans)Short-term and long-term disability insurance fully covered401(k) Plan with safe harbor matching contributionsPaid time offCareer development support including training, certifications, and mentorshipOther Important Details:Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screeningEmail your resume directly to View email address on click.appcast.io .
