At our Columbus, OH 43207 manufacturing facility, you’ll be the go-to expert who keeps production moving. You’ll open your day reviewing preventive maintenance plans, jump into root-cause analysis when a line stops, and close the loop with lasting fixes that boost uptime and safety.

• Build and execute preventive maintenance schedules that reduce unplanned downtime.
• Lead detailed failure analyses and complete both scheduled and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults with precision and speed.
• Service, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems (power units, cylinders, valves, lines).
• Troubleshoot industrial automation equipment to resolve controls and performance issues.
• Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance on the floor.
• Apply expert troubleshooting to CNC machinery to restore accuracy and throughput.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs across the facility.

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician working on manufacturing equipment.
• Deep mechanical knowledge, including engine types, with strong hydraulic and electrical skills.
• Hands-on experience completing machine safety inspections.
• Background in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and routine maintenance.

This role is hands-on and active. You will frequently stand, walk, see, talk, and hear while operating large equipment and positioning yourself to access components. You must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds (heavier weights with proper equipment). Expect work around moving mechanical parts in a loud environment, with potential exposure to dust; heat and/or cold; and wet or humid conditions.
